I had my tongue pierced for 7 days now I have noticed that there's white stuff coming out from the hole is this normal?

No, that isn't normal, but don't exactly know what you mean by 'white stuff'. When does this happen and is it thick; is there pain and swelling ?

Number one would be to speak to your piercer. They are number one for this and you are wearing their art in you. That's their residue in your tongue.

I usually recommend medical professionals bit during my tongue ring I just had my dentist tell me how terrible it was along with a nurse lol.

Make sure you aren't eating spicy foods or milk products. You want an alcohol free mouth wash or some Epson salts in water.

The pus doesn't sound nasty yet. I mean It's staying white. A clear fluid or none at all is best but white isn't bad yet.

So Yeah go see your piercer. If they can't help you won't help you or you're not sure about them, then you should.just have somebody look at it. Maybe the after hours clinic
