2 couples are driving, a semi driver starts terrorizing them, he sets up one of the girls to meet him or he will kill her boyfriend, he tells her to take off her clothes, but it wasn't him, they have to get a finger from the autopsy room, at the end he makes the 2 guys do terrible things to each other if one of them wants to live.
