    Navy Dep discharge
So I was convinced and talked into lying at meps about juvenile history from a recruiter. I am currently in dep , and I need help. If I request a discharge from navy dep for educational reasons.. And later go to join another branch and become honest about a waviorable juvenile misdemeanor, would I be dq'd? Even if I have proof the recruiter told me to lie?
Or is there like a certain amount of time before meps erases records?

What are meps, and dep? And what does it mean to be dq'd?

The answer, in all likelihood, is no. The agency has no reason to erase the records, nor is it likely that it would it be required by law to do so. Your best chance to be accepted in the future is to be above-board and honest about your past mistake. If they want you they will accept you.

What is the proof that the recruiter told you to lie? I have never encountered one dumb enough to do that and document it, but anything is possible.
