Pregnancy is possible any time you have sex, so yes, it's possible.

Please don't use the word "nutted" it's a very low class word. The proper term is ejaculated.

She'll have to wait until her period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative wait until the next period is due, and if it's missed test again, or get a blood test done.

She had sex, that's how pregnancy is possible. Unless she knows for sure when she ovulated, by taking her basal temperature and tracking ovulation for at least 6 months, she could ovulate any time. A woman can ovulate during her period, it happens all the time. In other words, any time you have sex, you could be ovulating, and you could become pregnant.

Brown spotting indicates old blood. If it's just spotting it's usually your bodies way of cleaning out leftover, or old, blood.

Test when her period is 2 weeks late. Remember that false negatives are very common, so if the test is negative, that doesn't necessarily mean she's not pregnant. Testing with first morning urine is the most accurate, but even then false negatives can happen.

So, if the test is negative, she should wait until her next period is due, and test again (with first morning urine) if she misses it, or get a blood test (which is more reliable).
