    Using enema for constipation
Is it OK to use an enema at 13 weeks pregnant I usually use milk of magnesum but it takes to long to get to working so is it safe if I use a enema saline laxative

You should discuss this with your doctor.

Never take any medication or undergo anything like an enema when you are pregnant without speaking to your doctor first. They will likely have a better option for you that won't risk potential danger and damage to your colon.

An enema can be warm soapy water. Glycerine soap works best.

Consult your doctor. Though, there are ayurvedic powders made from herbs which are safe and taken orally with water, act for constipation very good. Ask your doctor if you can take triphala churna.
