    Parole violation
    My boyfriend just got violated for testing positive for marijuana. He has 2.5 years left on his parole. I was wondering of any body can tell me what he might be facing for his punishment. We live in NYS.

    He could get the original sentence, he could get additional time, he could get warned.

    NYS is getting tough on drugs - I'm in NYS.
