I have vibrating in my shoulders and later the same day my ears and head what does that mean?

Check your blood pressure.

Answer the following.
1. When did it start?
2. How long does the symptoms last?
3. What other symptoms do you have?
4. Do you know what you did that might have caused it?
5. Is there any position that relieve the symptom?
6. Do you have any history of cardiac/heart problems?
7. Have you had those symptoms before?
8. Is is getting worse or getting better?
9. Is the onset of the symptoms gradual or sudden?
10. What is your age?

Those are just a few of the questions that might help find out what that might be. But it will still be best to seek consultation from your primary physician. There are examinations that might be required to determine the cause of your symptoms.
