    The general manager of saveplenty stores has been interviewing applicants for sales and management jobs for 23 years.she believes that she can identify good and bad candidates by chatting to them for 10 minutes.Now I have been placed in her department as a graduate trainee and have been given the task of organizing recruitment for a new superstore..

    My question is:
    HOW WOULD I DO THIS AND WHAT ROLE SHOULD THE GENERAL MANAGER PLAY?
