If I have already evicted someone from my home they have to leave today Friday on the eviction but they contested it so we don't go to court till Monday do they get to stay till court day which is Monday or can they be made today Friday is the evit day I need to know if I can make them leave today or do tjey get to stay till court day Monday ?

If they contested the eviction, then you have them till Monday.

Only a court can issue an eviction order. Was an order issued? Are they appealing the order?

If so, then a stay should have been issued for the eviction order.

The only way to force them out is a court officer coming in and taking them out. You can not throw them out yourself
