    Hi please can some one give me some help I purchased my property with my mum and dad 7 years ago so on the deeds is my name and my mum and dad,s I now want a place of my own and want to transfer the deeds into my mum and dad,s name only how do I do this with out it costing a fortune or through a solicitor.

    Ok, not sure where you live, but normally all you do is have mom and dad sign over their share of the home to you, and get a new deed written and filed. Not a large cost at all

    Fr_Chuck has the correct process but I think he may have misunderstood what you want to do. You aren't having mom and dad sign it over to you, I think you sign it over to them. I think that's what you want.
