I'm an 18 year old male, I take Prozac for depression, Trazadone for sleep, Adderall for concentration and a few days ago I started taking Propanolol for a resting tremor, since then I ve gotten nose bleeds everyday. They come randomly and generally stop bleeding after a few minutes. This happened when I first started taking Adderall too but went away after a week or so. I was wondering if this is serious enough to contact my doctor about, if it could be caused by a drug interaction or if its something not to worry about and will go away after my body acclimates to it?

And in my personal non-medical opinion, with other drugs also involved, Dr. should be notified.
