I have had this horrible throbbing pain in the roof of my mouth for 4 days now, what would cause this?

Fish or chicken bone, or other object may have a splinter and infected?

Referred pain from a tooth? I've had pain in my ear that was really from a back molar, but it took a long time to figure it out.
