I played with a ougia board when I was young was told o brought a sprit on from a past life then I did twp things about 3 months ago that should have not done toghther I ether made it stronger or brought something that is now attached itself to me what can I doto rid this in my life

There are spirits but they are not from past lives, or ghosts as we think of them, but spriits, that will lie and tell you what they feel you want to hear.
