You are jumping to conclusions. E coli is the most common cause of urinary tract infections, and if you wash your hands frequently, always wipe from front to back after a bowel movement, you should not have problems.
Please see your doctor and discuss options, drink plenty of cranberry juice and water, to flush your system.
