I'm trying to find the name of a very old film featuring a blind woman whose husband is trying to kill her. Unbeknown to him, she has her sight restored. The scenes I remember are when he tries to get her to walk out of the French windows but there is a sheer drop down cliffs. He also removes the floor of the garden house & tries to get her to go in. She continues to pretend she is blind.
