    He started right after school saying he had a stomach ache but, at night he trew up and the pain has continue?

    Go to the ER. Lower left abdomen? Or stomach? Too vague and too many possible reasons anyway, sorry. It could be just an intestinal virus and will be gone in 3 days with nothing but clear liquids. Or it could be serious.
