I've seen this move about a teenager, Alex, it was a while ago that's why I don't remember the title. Anyway, Alex's mom was an alcoholic, his father wasn't around, he wanted to finish school in his area but he was meant to be moving to go to another family in which he would have a chance to live like a normal teenager, though he wanted to finish school with his friends and began a search for foster parents on his own.
