    Light flickering.
    I have problem with lights. There are flickering. I thought that is the problem with breaker(all lights on the breaker was flickering), but it didn't help. Any ideas why they are flickering?

    There is something wrong with the power supply,or line is poor contact .You can connect power to another lamp plate.If flickering,there is something wrong with the power supply.If not that is a different situation.If you want to replace light, you can ask led lights supplier for help.

    If you are not comfortable checking the branch circuit connections, please call an electrician.
    It may be a loose connection at a splice, switch or circuit breaker...

    (notice the rest of us are not trying to sell anything but years of experience)
