Can I still file for child support?
Can I file for child support, even after my 3 children are of age? I am a single parent (farther) who raised my 3 sons after my ex-wife and I divorced. My youngest was 5yrs old at the time of divorce. I never filed for child support. Can I still file for back pay of child support for my 3 children? She never paid for child support what so ever. I reside on Guam, U.S territory. Someone please help me. My children do visit their grandmother from their mother's side of the family. They've told me that my ex is living in San Diego, California. Is there anything I can do? Is it too late to file?

I don't think any court will grant child support after the kids have grown up. Why did you wait so late? When you got your divorce would have been the ideal time.

While some areas do allow for retroactive support, since you never chose to apply, I doubt if any court will entertain such a filing now.
