I just had my Lennox heat pump serviced and noticed that after the serviceman departed that the "Aux" light was on continuously. This continues even though I have turn the unit off, taken the batteries out of the thermostat. I have contacted the serviceman and awaiting his retrun call. What is causing this and are the heating coils currently on?
