I fell over 3years ago and had a suspected fractured coyxx since then I have had nothing but pain 2 years after the fall I had a scan which reveal I have degenerative bulges an d discs my solicitor is only going for comp for the coyxx as the doctor working for the other team said I've must have known about my bad back before the fall which I did not only been to. The doctors once2 years before the fall with bad knee and back since the fall have not stopped tampering pain meds. Can this be true can't bad back have nothing to do with the fall

Doctor reckons I had L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 degeneration of the spine ,facet joint joint arthropathy at level L5-S1, multi level degenerative disc bulges at level L5-S1, L4-L5, L3-L4 can someone have these problems and not know. Have been on pain relief since fall. Can not understand why I did not suffer with back pain before the fall and now is pretty much constant.. Can anybody help me understand if what they are saying is true.
