    Fading black hair dye!
I haven't dyed my hair in 6 weeks(get it done at hairdressers) and it's fadead a small bit but it's still black. I want it to get it dyed a really dark brown at the hairdressers but I don't think it will turn out brown if it's still black. I don't want to use colour b4/bleach so plese don't suggest that. I've heard Johnson's baby shampoo/dandruff shampoo can fade it a lot? Is there any way I can get a good bit of the black dye out or fade it so much that the dark brown dye will take to my hair and lift it? Pleae help, thanks!

You made a bad choice with black if you want it to fade; even if you get if to fade and try a dark brown it will still turn black because your hair is too porous now. Sorry girl, you should have done some research before dyeing your hair.
