My boyfriend was put on good behavior in 2010 for marjuinia with intent to distribute well last Sept. He violated his good behavior and they placed him on 6 months probation well he failed a drug test with lexapram can someone please tell me what you all might think he will get, and this was his frist probation valoation, and he was going to be done with probation in April.

What is the difference in good behavior violation and probation violation?

A violation may vary on how serous, a good behavior violation is still a probation violation.
Most likely he will be detained, for 2 or 3 weeks, have a hearing, be put back on probation and maybe increased supervison level
