Our toilet was gurgling when the washing machine would drain. The toilet was also slow to drain. We used a chemical build-up remover for three days and did not run the washer. The toilet started flushing regularly this afternoon. Tonight, we ran the washer for the first time. It gurgled when the water drained from the wash cycle and I saw the water level of the toilet actually go down. Then, it did not gurgle at all when the rinse cycle drained. The toilet is still flushing normally. Can I assume that whatever was clogging the line has been taken care of? I'm leary of running the dishwasher until I'm sure. Thanks!
