    THC blood results
My daughter was in an accident. Her blood results for drugs came back. She said she hadn't smoked marijuana for 4 days. The results were:
    Delta-9-Tet(THC) = 1.1
    11-Hydroxy-THC = less than 1.0
    Carboxy-THC = 9.2

Can they prove that she was using when the accident happened with these results, even though she says she hadn't used for 4 days?
She was a regular user before this but has since been through treatment.

She doesn't HAVE to have been using at that time... the mere fact its in her system is reason enough to convict her... because the effects of it last far beyond what a drink of alcohol would. And that's what a conviction is based un.. it was in her system.. it was above a legal amount.. and it was there4for effecting her at the time of the accident.

You can't use the old chart for drinks.. because drugs are not metabolized as fast or the same way.

Nahhh... The effects wear off a LONG, LONG time before it leaves your system... That's why the testing protocol for pot is flawed.

    I'd hire a good lawyer.
