    Pregnant? Desperate Need Of Help!
I'm 17 years old. I've been on birth control for about a year and a half. Maybe more. My boyfriend and I had sex back in early February. I got my period 2 weeks later (on time) so I didn't think anything of being pregnant.
Lately, I've been incredibly hungry. I cannot control my hunger! I just thought maybe it's because I'm on break and bored.
Today, I had light cramping which I thought was unusual. Then come to find out I'm spotting.
    Could I be pregnant??
Extra: I've missed the last two days of birth control pills.
Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Is your period late?

It's too early for symptoms of pregnancy. You'll have to wait for a missed period. After it's 14 days late, you can test with first urine of the morning.

Then why the random cramping and spotting? I know I've missed the last two days of pills, but I've missed before and this did not happen.

We can't diagnose here. For specific issues about your medical conditions, see your doctor.

No form of birth control is 100%, so any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible. Missing pills makes pregnancy even more possible.

You'll have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test with first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait until your next period and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test.

We can't tell you why you're cramping and spotting. It could be because you missed pills. It could be that you're pregnant. It could be an STD. It could be cancer. It could be anything. We can't diagnose online.

If you're missing pills then you may as well stop using the pill as birth control. By missing pills you're actually increasing the risk of pregnancy.

Bottom line, if you're not ready to be a mom, you're not ready for sex, because any sexual experience can lead to pregnancy.

    Good luck.
