    91 honda accord no start
    I have a 91 honda accord with a no start problem. I've changed the spark plugs, wires, the starter, ignition coil and the icm. The engine turns over but will not start any info will help.

    Before you start changing parts, it's good to know where the problem lies... are you getting fuel? Are you getting spark?

    There is fuel as well as spark

    Have you checked the timing belt?

    What does that have to do with if you checked the timing belt? It could have jumped time and you would still get fuel and spark. There could be some teeth missing on the timing belt.

    So you say that it cranks but doesn't fire... you are sure there is spark and fuel... absolutely sure?

    Also, all that you replaced, did you check the cap and rotor?

    Pull the top cover off and have someone tap the key so you can see all the teeth on the belt... or safer, find a socket that fits the crank pulley and turn it by hand.

    Does the Check Engine Light come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?

    If you rotate the crankshaft pulley bolt by hand, only rotate it counterclockwise (CCW). Otherwise, the tension on the belt can be affected.
