[B]I am 13 and I like a boy, he has moved from liverpool. I reli like him but am scared to tell him in case he knocks me down.:confused: What do I do:confused: I am reli scared because he is quite popular and if he says no properly everyone will know.I reli like him and I am flirting with him (so is he) I don't know what to do!!

Make sure that you guard yourself and your feelings. You are still young and you have your entire life to find love. What you are experiencing is most likely "puppy love". Now don't mistake me, any kind of feelings such as these can be very pleasant and even good for your soul, just don't take any of them lightly, or rush in to anything that these feelings make you want to do. Maybe you will find true love with this boy, but those kind of deep emotions take a little more time to develop. Let me give you a hint though: boys can be very fickle! If he is flirting with you, he may just want to take advantage of you. Feel the situation out and use your common sense! I can't stress that enough. Let your head and heart guide you. Try to pull back a bit, and see if he comes on heavier. For example, don't be so flirtsy for a couple of days and see how he reacts... Does he want more of your attention? Does he continue flirting, and seem confused as to why you aren't? If this is the case, it's a good bet that he is interested too!! If you do this experiment, and he seems to lose interest... at that point maybe you should rethink things. Feel free to do what you feel is best, I am just letting you know a couple of things that would have helped me when I was your age! Hope this helps. :)

You're young. It seems like you have a huge crush on this guy and that's fine. :) You cannot tell yet if it's truly love yet...
I wouldn't say "go and tell him that you like him" but if you can, be around him, talk to him as if you would talk to a friend or someone you know... get to know him... see how he responds. It seems like he's a new guy from another city, so it's OK for you to get to know him, yet kind of hinding your real reasons. But that's OK, isn't it? You'll know if he likes you back if you pay attention to the way he responds.
Follow the advice given by Kaddock as well. It will help you see his reaction... and help you find out how he feels about you.
You say he's flirting with you, are you sure of that? Can you tell us a little bit how does he flirt with you? How do you flirt with him? It might help us see the big picture.

OK I think you shouldn't give up but don't make a big move till you know he likes you it is really hard to pick yourself up after a rejection expesual when you thought the guy liked you! So just make sure first!
OK this is what you should do... im 11 and I had 9 girl friends so think I know a lot about love you should ALLWAYS be close to him let him know you love him not by telling him by showing him if you really love him you'd never give up on him even if everyone would know about it! And do some partys and invite him do truth or false make someone say you have to kiss whatever is name is but not a regular kiss or american or france if you'll do it good hell love you more
