I ve pus pimple in penis it does not hurt me but when I press the top head then pus yellowish comes out m really worried and now because of pee that place start burn if I pee. And m going very frequently to toilet for pee. What all that someone please help I am very shy guy its hard for me to consult doctor thanks

I am shy, too. I had to go to a doc back in 1965 when I caught a "pingpong" disease during sex... nothing serious, but only a doc could kill the little bumps.
I don't know what you have, but please see a doctor... it will be over before you know it. Good luck.
