I currently have an inhome smart start device. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and have never missed or failed a test. Today I woke up late and missed my test window by 10 min. I still proceeded to take the test and got a PASS on all 3 tests provided. Will this affect me in any way?

It depends on how your monitoring authority treats skipped tests. Given that you made a good decision and took tests anyway, they have proof that you were not drinking. However, they may choose to violate you for noncompliance (not taking your test on time).
