    Dental Question
On a three tooth bridge or a partial plate bottom front of mouth. I wonder which is best. One has wires that put a lot of stress of the adjacent teeth.
    What do you think?

With out having more info on your situation. I think you would be happier with the 3 unit bridge. Good Luck!

Our teeth are constantly shifting, just because they are based in bone people think they are permantly anchored, not so. If they were immovable that would be a disaster. That is why partial plates, unless made to exact measurements, put stress on surrounding teeth.

However, I am an advocate for permanent bridges, although expensive are far more durable and comfortable then a partial plate.

Tooth bridge or a partial plate?
Tooth bridge is my choice. Bridges are only probable if you have enough strong teeth with good bone support. Your dentist will help you decide which is the best bridge of your missing teeth.
