I have blackheads on my inner thighs but also what looks like blackheads that are in lines. Embarrassing as it is to admit this, I spent over an hour one night taking one of those "lines" out and it was rock hard. Are those still blackheads? What do I do for them? They've been there since I was overwieght and figured that to be the cause but have lost over 150lbs since then and they're still there.
