Hi I'm 26 Weeks pregnant and have been experiencing period like cramps, hot flushes and discomfort when going to the toilet I also have pressure in my groin area it's not all the time but has been on and off for the last week and a half, what could this be?

I have also had some thickish creamy coloured discharge?
