Im 7weeks pregnant and I don't have an appetite and feel nausea all the time. My girl friends tell me to smoke a little weed to solve this problem and it's no way at all harmful to the fetus. Is this correct?

Does smoking weed hurt the fetus as early as 7weeks into pregnancy?
