I was told I a small cyst on one ovary but it did not need taking out. Also I was told I had a very Fibroidy womb. This was two years ago and although I am going through peri menopause I have not had any agonizing pains or anything but over the past few weeks keep experiencing periody cramps now and again but very slight and a little back and leg pain. I have been missing periods as can happen I know in peri menopause but get pain when I have no period. Is this because of Menopause? Or has any other woman experienced pain when having Fibroids or cysts? Its not serious pain or I would go back to the doctors. I just want to maybe hear from other women's experiences. Thank you.

I would say from what I know of other women's experience that pain with cysts and fibroids is common, and less so with menopause, other than the pain you may have had from pre-menstrual cramps and discomfort. With cysts and fibroids, a lot depends on the size and location, so the range of pain can be from none to excruciating.
