I am a current dialysis patient. I found out I was pregnant from a urine and blood test on feb. 5th. The blood test put my PTH at 12. I went to the ob on feb. 7th and the blood test still came back positive but the level went down to 9 so they told me it probably was not a viable pregnancy. I waited a week and took another blood test it came out positive and the level was at 11. So the doctor told me that I was not pregnant. Meanwhile, I am having all the symptoms. I went and had another test done on Mar. 13th and it came back positive but the PTH level was 9 again. I want to know why is my test still coming up positive and my symptoms are continuing. I have not had a period since June of 2011 so the doctors didn't know how far along I was when they tested me.
