13 year old Ethan is on probation for accidentally burning down his home. No one was hurt but they were inside. He was found guilty of arson and wanton endangerment of 3 other people. He is still living at home but his mom can't deal with it. I want to move him from Colorado to West Virginia . I know it has to be a relative which I am not. I did raise Ethan from birth for 4 or 5 years. Also he has 2 adult brothers here as well, I want him here so I can help him , he has the 2 brothers here to help guide him. Where do I start?

Hire an attorney, file in the courts, get his parents or guardian, to agree to allowing you haveyguardianship of child.
