Had submitted an IELTS photocopy with the verification from a reputable university to the immigration, they say it has a different band score, the one I have is different from UK. Have been trying to sort this problem since 2008. Where do I get answers as to why there are different band scores. The copied one was given to me by consultant who had misplaced my original, went back to get another original but was told only one was issued,so it was verified on their letter head with signature.
Went back to the same university and UK they say the results are only valid for two years. My application is in a mess because of this. Whom do I turn to, who is responsible, I haven't done anything wrong why should be victimized for someone else error. Can anyone suggest something.am based in NZ

You should have contacted the concerned authority directly right after you found the error. The result is valid for two years and now the only thing you can do is take another test. Don't go through any agencies..

I did after I found out about the mishap.unfortunately it was after 2 years (result had already expired).anyways thanks for the response.
