If I think I have preeclampsia should I just wait until my next appointment or should I go straight away. I'm having really bad abdominal pain and I'm having headaches, I'm nauseous, I'm not urinating as much and I just found out that my kidney filter on my right kidney has been damaged. What should I do? And do you think I'm just psyching myself out?

Any concerns you have should be discussed with your doctor. That's why pregnant women need to have regular checkups. Your doctor knows your medical history, knows you, and knows how your pregnancy is going. It's always better to be safe than sorry. You know your body. If you feel something is wrong, go in and see your doctor about it.
