I have a sore or blood blister on my perineum I've drained it a couple of times it went away and it came back but bigger and painful I drain it everyday now but it keeps coming back what can I do? I have no insurance and last time I went to the doctor they charged me extra costs that never applied. Help me please.

I'm afraid you do need to go to a doctor. Try to find a medical clinic in your area with a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay. It could just be an infected hair follicle, or could be related to a sexually transmitted disease, skin cancer, etc. We really can't know for sure and I wouldn't want to give you the impression that this is something you should treat yourself.
