Want to know the name of this movie. All I know is this guy gets frozen cryogenically hoping to come back when medicine is more advanced and he ends up going on a twist of events searching for the truth... about life. It ends on the top of a building. That's all I can remember. Oh and the movie came out within the last 2-5 years

"Forever Young" has a similar plot but came out in 1992, Demolition Man came out in 1993 but it doesn't seem to quite fit your description, I've never seen it but "Pandorum" also feature cryogenics and it came out in 2009, "Final" is also fairly recent (2001).

I wonder though- the movie your describing does it have a kid in it? "Artificial Intelligence" has a cryogenics scene and a scene near the end of the movie on top of a building.

You might also be looking for Vanilla Sky - he's not 'cryogenically frozen' per se, but he is in a cryogenic type sleep (sorta), and it does end with him on the roof...
