    Ducane Heating/AC Unit Model# VL30-284T+D With Heat & AC Running At The Same Time.
    We have a Ducane heating/AC unit Model # VL30-284T+D, Serial # that was installed over 20 years ago. The AC & the heat are running at the same time. What can be causing this problem?

    Thermostat, or shorted thermostat wires would be the first place I would look.
