I normally start my period on the 28 of the month but last night I was having really bad cramps and was running a fever this morning when I woke up I was still having them. When I stood up to go to the bathroom blood started gushing out of me what maybe causing this??

This sounds like an infection, which if not treated could become quite serious especially if you are experiencing significant blood loss. The fact that you have a fever is a sign that it needs to be treated ASAP.
