See a doctor. If you are pregnant, you need pre-natal health care. Some women never have positive home pregnancy tests. If you cannot afford to see a doctor, find a Planned Parenthood or a clinic in your area.

I have an appointment to get a pregnancy blood test next Wednesday, and I started taking prenatal vitamins in January just in case! I'm just wondering if the blood test comes back negative what to do next!

The doctor will tell you about that point. It could be anything from more bloodwork to an ultrasound, to ?

I'm not going to an actual doctors office I'm going to a clinic, will they still tell me?

I'm not sure how the clinic works. You'll see how they proceed with your case after the bloodwork is done.
