My husband is in the isap program with bi inc and was today violated because of a verbal altercation I had with the secretary.. is that possible let alone legal?

This is a world site. Please explain what isap is and who bi inc is, and where.

ISAP is some sort of probation or parole program for convicted criminals such as your husband?

Bi, Inc. is a company running the program, sort of like a parole officer?

You had an altercation with a secretary working for this company?

If it happened it's obviously possible. Legal? Perhaps. They might be assuming that he encouraged you to get into the argument. And, of course, it would depend to some extent upon the conditions of his parole or probation.
