visitation supervisor partial father in law
My daughter has a restraining order against her ex since may 2012, their daughter just turned two. He violated the order more tha n 9 times. She filed 9 reports. Never was charged. He stopped harassing her for 2 weeks and she gave in at court to see his daughter. Only through supervised visits, the supervisor is "his" father. Whom had been very impartial at the time. Now he has made a bad situation worse. He has allowed "his son" to take 'his Grandaughter" alone. And even told myself and my daughter. He brings " alone. and even told myself and my daughter. He brings " to the drop offs and pick up exchanges. We have been to court 12 times since May. The each of them lie their asses off. And we tell the truth and they still are able to continue with the harasssment. Please help. My daughter doesn't want to bring the baby to the visits anymore before we go to court. Will she be in trouble?

You need to stop the "he said, she said" process. Hire a Private Investigator and prove that the father has unsupervised visitation.

What do you mean your daughter gave in in Court? She agreed to the supervised visitation after not agreeing to it? Part of the problem might be that she first said he was dangerous to the child and then changed her mind.
