2002 flhtc, when I give it the gas, the lights dim and the voltmeter drops.
Any help would be appreciated..

Throttle cable mak be contacting exposed wire?
Turn Handlebars, watch voltmeter, move wires/cable around to help locate?
Also try throttle directly at carb, maybe charging system related.
