    I need to find out who much porwer will consume a range at 375 D/F in one hour using a cycle of 1/10. VOLTS 140, AMPS 8.5, TIME 60 MINUTES.

    Power is the rate of energy consumption and is calculated by mutiplying voltage of the appliance by amps of current it draws. You say 140 volts - but I think you mean 220. I don't know what you mean by "cycle of 1/10," please clarify. So if the oven draws 8.5 amps (which seems low to me) and if it's really at 220 volts then the power consumed is 220 x 8.5 = 1870 watts. Over the course of an hour the total energy used would be 1870 watt-hours. Note that we talk about energy used in one hour, not power used (power is a measure of energy per unit time).
