So I am four days late, I always have 33 days cycle. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I have lots of lower back pain and feel very bloated. I just want to know what's going on, Could I be pregnant or just really late on my period?

Please help!

4 days is too early for an accurate test... it's also way too early to be getting symptoms. You will have to wait a few weeks and see what happens.

Aside from that... missing for 4 days isn't that big of a deal.
