I just went 2 months with no period and I had all the symptoms of pregnancy but now I'm bleeding really bad and there are blood clots too. Could this be a miscarriage?

We can't tell you this. And you didn't have to post twice. If you are bleeding that much with blood clots then you must go to the hospital immediately. And, if you are bleeding that bad, don't make any sudden moves, don't move quickly and just call a cab and go. If you rush, you will bleed more.
